 Our first 8-0
PHP-Nuke

Our first 8-0 victory was somewhat a simple victory and although it was inevitable for FMJ to get an 8-0 eventually one questions if our newly found winning form in Ostfront can be reflected with an 8-0 victory over a better clan.

The match against 501 involved a lot of well drilled FMJ players solidly defending and blitzkrieg attacking a new unproven team who are yet to find their legs amongst the Ostfront theatre.

Needless to say records must have been broken along with some Spanish faith as FMJ successfully attacked Kessel in under 5 minutes. The defense of Kessel went extremely well. Only twice was warehouse capped but this was soon rectified by the re-storming of the building. The MG''s worked well together as usual, Pott, KBA and Martin kicked ass however i do believe Dcode got bored.

Odessa went well with FMJ again capping all of the objectives in a very short space of time. After the capture of the square and numerous shouts of ''dont kill them'' we quickly suceeded in capping the Tower and Headquarters. The defense of Odessa quickly turned into the defense of solely the apartments with a good defense of the square ensuring that once 501 capped the apartments there wasn''t a chance of them capping the square.

Excellent camping by Pott, Martin and Mr Grinch''s rifling skills require comendation. Also the repeated re-storming and clearing of the apartments earns KBA an honourable mention, successfully recapping the appartments five times. Comms were better with the return of our switchboard operator, Spraduke.

All would agree...an easy victory...a deserved 8-0...however we need a tougher 8-0 victory for full satisfaction.

 Back to winning form!
PHP-Nuke
Well after a few iffy matches fullmj are back to their winning ways after a very confident 6-2 win against FRW.LN last night. After a strong attack by FRW on odessa overcoming the fullmj defenses confidence was shaken but not gone. A lightning fast attack saw fullmj draw level at 2-2 entering into our home map of stalingradkessel.

Choosing to carry on the momentum of the previous round we chose to attack and did so with gusto. A solid attack of warehouse saw it capped by the second wave of spawns and we managed to attack North via the sneaky hole mjw had blown. Some good covering fire saw this capped in moments and we had an unhindered attack of assembly. Leaving attacking south within minutes of the round starting. Attacking south went smoothely except for a satchel taking 4 players!! However it wasnt enough to prevent the cap giving fullmj the lead at 4-2.

Knowing we had to hold out to win we went into the warehouse defense with a vengence. Special mention to grinch on his excellent defense of corner C racking up kill after kill. Good comms and firepower enabled fullmj to hold warehouse for a good 10minutes before being forced back. At this point frw chose to attack north almost solely giving Cat and I a plesent nap ;). The extra freed up players aided in the defense of North and even pushed back into warehouse recapping it in the last seconds leaving all the objectives in fullmj''s hands. This gave us the win and some much needed points.

Well played by everyone and comms stayed controlled througout the match. Hopefully we can carry on this form into the match against Inforcers on Thursday.
